The "Lithospheric modeling: structure and dynamic" Complutense's Group of Research is ruled by Dr. Córdoba and Dr. Negredo, Professors from the  "Física de la Tierra, Astronomía y Astrofísica I (Geofísica y Meteorología)" Department of the Complutense University. It is composed by several other Professor, researchers and post-graduated students from the same Department.

The group's main research interests consist in creation and application of numerical models to the cuantitative study of different geodynamic processes. Applications of the model are theoreticals, in order to improve our understanding of the processes by themselves, or practicals, studying specific zones.
